In Religious Education This Sunday 11.13.16

In religious education this Sunday our children and youth will be hearing the story of our universe, considering everyone has a story, providing trail maintenance and supporting our Adopt-a-Highway project.

Our RE Ambassador for this Sunday is Arthur Freeheart.

Nursery will be open and staffed by Linda Kenny and Johanna Lee.

Spirit Play will be hearing “The Universe Story.” A new story for our Spirit Play group which looks into how our universe was created.

Our Caring Community will be considering the idea everyone has a story.  Our Unitarian Universalists principles tell us that we should care for one another and work for a peaceful, fair, and free world. When we listen to each other stories we come closer to understanding each other and making our world better.

Maker Space will be doing trail maintenance along the Grass River Heritage trails.  We will departing the church immediately at 10:30am.  Please come prepared to be outside and to get muddy. Bring your cameras.

Coming of Age will be joining the youth group for a service project.  We will be supporting the church’s Adopt-a-Highway program along Riverside Drive.
