Let’s Talk About Race – This four-part series led by James will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 17, 24 and Tuesday, June 30, at 7 p.m. via Zoom.  Participation is limited to 10 people, so please register in advance by email.
Rally in Potsdam – Join our community for daily rallies for Black Lives Matter (BLM) at 6 p.m. in front of the Potsdam Post Office, continuing through June 17. There will be another March on Wednesday, June 10th at 6 p.m. It will start at the Potsdam Post Office and loop around the Canton-Potsdam Hospital.

Between the World and Me (2015) by Ta-Nehisi Coates – National Book Award winner, Pulitzer Prize finalist, and NY Times Bestseller, in this book Coates powerfully tells “the story of his awakening to the truth of his place in the world,” bridging from the south side of Chicago to Howard University, to Paris, and back, in the form of a letter to his son. Intimate, emotional, historical, and revelatory.
