Poverty, Hunger & Inequalities

Examining, understanding, and addressing the “Impact of Inequalities in the North Country” has been a focus of our justice work since 2014. What inequalities do we see in our community and beyond? How can our church contribute meaningfully to addressing these issues, here in our communities and in the wider world? Our impact of inequalities theme parallels “Escalating Inequalities,” the UUA Congregational Study/Action Issue, adopted at 2014 General Assembly.

Other opportunities for direct advocacy and action can be found at Unitarian Universalist Service Committee and UUA’s Standing on the Side of Love.
