Being a Pluralistic Mystic
The Rev. James Galasinski
I was recently asked if I could sum up my theology in a few words. I responded by saying I am a pluralistic mystic. Pluralism embraces multiple perspectives, where a diversity of beliefs, ideas, or cultures coexist comfortably. A mystic is a person who seeks direct, personal experience of the divine, spiritual truth, or ultimate reality. Let’s explore what it means to be pluralistic mystic.
