This Sunday our children and youth will learn about the life cycle of frogs, explore the virtues of courage and perseverance, continue making a book, explore Islamic faith, and attend worship.

Spirit Play will explore the life cycle of frogs, a violet promise story of our interconnection with the web of life.

Moral Tales will explore the virtues of courage and perseverance. The children will hear stories about everyday people, children and adults, who have persisted against great odds for what they believed. They will do an art activity inspired by these stories.

Maker Space will make final revisions to their book project. If time permits, they will make plans for a bake sale with proceeds being given to the humane society.

Neighboring Faiths will be exploring Islamic faith traditions with guest speakers, Ali and Yasmeen Zaidi.

Youth Group will attend the worship service as our Ministers Emeriti, Anne Marsh and Wade Wheelock, share their their answers to these questions as old people, are we sages or dinosaurs? As we become more and more aware of our own mortality, do we focus on gratitude or regret?
