Love Will Guide Us
Love has been at the center of our congregation for 200 years! Unfortunately, love won’t pay for salaries, programming, heat, and building upkeep. But we can let love guide us to be generous in our giving so that we counter the fear and hatred of our time.
Most of our revenue comes from our annual pledge drive. We could not be a congregation without your pledge!
The 2026 Canvass goal is $274,000. We know we can do it because all new pledges and increases will be matched. So if this is your first time and you pledge $500 it automatically becomes $1,000. If you increase your pledge by whatever dollar amount it will be doubled! Thank you generous and anonymous donor!
This year’s canvass will be centered around personal meetings. Many of you will receive a phone call to schedule a time to meet with a trained canvasser. These are valuable conversations where we get to know each other better and find out why we love this congregation. While our canvass team would love to meet with all members and friends living in the North Country, it’s not possible.
The Canvass will begin on Sunday October 19, 2025 with a goal to be finished by December 1, 2025.
