Next Sunday, June 19, be sure to join us for RE Sunday—The Seven Rainbow Principles
This fun, youthful worship service is planned and presented by the children and youth of our Religious Education program. We borrow from the best activities, stories, and reflections from this year’s Children’s Chapels, where we explored our UU Rainbow Principles. It promises to be an interactive, engaging, somewhat chaotic, and incredibly adorable service!

After church, the annual church picnic will serve double duty this year as our traditional spring get together and a celebration of a successful search and the calling of a new minister. We want to extend a special thank-you to our extraordinary Search Committee.

Please plan to join us for food, fun, and fellowship at Canton’s Bend in the River Park on June 20, after the RE Sunday Service.  We’ll head down to the park after church and fire up the grills.

The church will provide hamburgers, hotdogs, and veggie burgers as well as chips and drinks.

What should you bring?
•    If your last name begins with A – J bring a dessert to share
•    If your last name begins with K – Z bring a salad to share
•    Your own table service (we’ll have back-up if you forget)
•    Outdoor games, sports equipment, Frisbees, etc.
•    Lawn chairs

Come along, even if you don’t have anything to bring. We’ll have plenty!

Directions to the park will be available at church. In case of rain we’ll picnic in the social room but we’ll hope for a warm, early summer day with lots of sun-shine. Contact Kathy Wyckoff (386-2046) or Judy DeGraaff (212-3001) if you have questions.
