The Dig In! Food & Garden Conference on Monday, March 19, will offer information, inspiration, and resources to develop and strengthen food-based projects at the organizational level.
By focusing on organizational-level programs and practices, Dig In! promotes cultural and environmental change that positively affects many individuals.
There is something for everyone at Dig In! Participants may include school staff and parents; business owners and employees; community leaders and residents; and health and food-focused professionals. If you grow, prepare, market, eat, compost, educate, or set policy about food, this event is for YOU!
Plenary sessions will address food systems topics relevant to all, while workshops are organized in four distinct tracks:

Dig In! will be held on March 19, 2012 at the Clarkson University Student Center in Potsdam.
The event is a collaborative effort between Health Initiative, lead organizer, and other area organizations: Cornell Cooperative Extension St. Lawrence County; GardenShare; Office of Educational Partnerships at Clarkson University; Sustainable Living Project; UShare; and WorkWell Investments.
