Dessert reception following the concert
As a part of a weekend celebration of our Under One Roof Capital Campaign, we will welcome Dan and Peggy to our church for this Saturday evening concert, and for the service the next morning. Dan is an amazing hammer dulcimer player (among other things) and Peggy is a gifted vocalist and songwriter (among other things). Check them out on on YouTube!For many years Peggy lived in Paul Smiths, but now she and Dan make their home in Red Creek, New York. I officiated at their marriage about 10 years ago, and they were members of my congregation.
The concert will not be publicized to the “general public,” but it is our hope that members and friends of the congregation will invite friends and neighbors to attend with them. The concert will be less than an hour, and will be entertaining for all ages.
