In our culture we do not emphasize the importance of finding one’s life calling – we get jobs to buy stuff. We are ranked by what we have and buy. But I find hope in those who are not totally consumed and actually produce things themselves.
Everyone is invited to place something from your garden on the chancel and to take home something from someone else’s harvest.
